Dean Boland has established himself as a national expert witness in computer and digital image cases.  In addition, he has litigated civil and criminal cases in state and federal courts nationwide.  His federal appellate court arguments span nearly half the the appellate circuits in the country.  He has three times been accepted to argue cases before the Ohio Supreme Court.  He is a sought after speaker on technology and law issues having recently been invited to speak by the American Bar Association and other organizations across the country.
